The consequence of rejecting the job offer

Br115_2

In a certain company, those who decline a job offer are required to undergo "a ritual" while wearing their recruitment suit as a form of compensation. The individuals who decline the job offer are informed of that. Today, Eriko, a female college student who declined a job offer, has been called to a room in a certain location in Tokyo.

She is inquiring about the ritual, but hasn't been told the specifics of it. However, she has been instructed to bring a change of clothes, which leads her to believe that, as is often rumored, coffee or curry might be spilled on her suit. She is thinking this because such actions were posted online as part of the company's ritual for job offer decliners. With this kind of prior knowledge, Eriko is mentally prepared for whatever the ritual may entail.

When Eriko sits down in her recruitment suit, a "rope master" appears, swiftly binding her in an intricate manner with red ropes. Following the bondage, a "cutter" emerges, using scissors to gradually cut through her recruitment suit. It was as if they were avenging the humiliation of the hiring manager who has been rejected despite making a job offer, by binding and ultimately tearing apart the recruitment suit of the female college student, a symbol of job hunting and one of the most crucial items. The recruitment suit ends up in a gruesome state, leaving Eriko in her underwear, thoroughly humiliated, and the ritual finally concludes.
