On Japanese platform "XCREAM" (I sell my works on commission), you hadn't been able to buy items by Credit card(VISA and MASTER) issued abroad(outside Japan) from last autumn. But from 3rd August on, credit card(VISA and MASTER) issued abroad are available, too!
