Clothing change in October
June and October are the months of seasonal clothing change in Japan.It is a seasonal Japanese custom.
Today is 1st of October, being the day of Clothing Change. We change our clothes for the autumn. Almost all of the students or office workers changes their wardrobe for new season.
In summer we don't wear jacket because it's hot and humid. But college girls doing job-hunting in Japan wear jacket even in summer! It is Japanese custom, too.
When it becomes late September, it becomes cool step by step. So we traditionally change clothes and wear jacket in school or office in Japan. It is good season for college girls doing job-hunting.
