Today's Initiation Ceremony
In Japan, almost all of the companies hold initiation(that is to say welcoming) ceremony today( on the 1st of Apr.) . I have been waiting for today for a long time!
Today we can many new employees with their recruitment suit that they wore for job-hunting (As I explain in my blog, recruitment suit is a typical suit for young college girls doing job-hunting in Japan) or new business suit that they prepared for the ceremony.
I am happy to be able to watch many new employed women with suit! Possibly I will meet many women with suit in many places, on a train, in a street, at a cafeteria and so on! As a result, I will be full of creative enthusiasm!
